HElP My african american Hair will not grow even when i keep it as health what supplements will def make grow?
i have african american hair thats texturized, i wrap my hair every night and wear a silk scarf , wash my hair 1 a week and only get my hair blow dried once a week.Thats the only heat contact i get and i get a light texturizer every 6 months.I also take gnc womens hair skin and nails supplement which doesnt really make my hair grow in length just stronger. I know that long hair doesnt run in my family and its genatics. But how can i make my hair grow past my terminal length womens silk scarves
